For everyone you share your life with
Everything you organise together – synced live and available offline.
Shopping lists that sort themselves by supermarket section. Live, offline, with templates for holidays, parties or moving house.
One calendar for everyone – even kids without a phone. Repeating appointments and Google Calendar sync.
From “buy milk” to “passport expires in 2029”: due in a month, quarter or year – with reminders well in advance.
Pizza or sushi? When suits everyone? Vote like on Doodle – the result goes straight into the calendar.
“What do we have to pay this month?” “What’s on this week?” – the AI answers from your own data. Optional, switched on per group.
Scan letters or upload PDFs. If you like, the AI reads along and suggests: create a bill, save a contract, add a deadline.
Open bills with due dates and reminders. Paying? Scan the QR code with your banking app – done.
Reminders on your phone, a weekly overview on Sundays, comments under tasks and appointments – and a message when someone assigns you something.
School and public holidays for your state or canton – right in the family calendar.
A subscription link shows the family appointments in Apple, Outlook or Google calendars – even for grandma who doesn’t use the app.
One search across lists, appointments, tasks, notes, contracts, documents and things – “arztin” also finds “Ärztin”.
Kids see lists, tasks and appointments – but no money matters. Babysitters get the emergency info and nothing private.
For trips, flats or dinners: split equally, by shares or amounts – and settle up with as few transfers as possible.
What does it all cost each month? Cancellation deadlines are calculated automatically – with a reminder before anything renews.
Sizes, allergies, doctors, school, vaccinations and the kids’ check-ups – all at hand.
Trash, dishwasher, laundry: the app knows whose turn it is and hands over automatically. Kids collect stars.
Plan the week and who cooks – and put all ingredients on the shopping list with one tap.
Never forget again. Collect gift ideas – invisible to the person they’re for.
Collect ideas, tap “surprise us”, see whose turn it is. In surprise mode your partner only sees “Date night”.
When was the washing machine bought, how long is the warranty? With a reminder before it ends.
ID numbers, insurance, passwords – fingerprint only, end-to-end encrypted.
Guests simply scan the code with their camera – no more spelling out passwords.
Allergies, medication, blood type, emergency contacts – also offline, with a 112 button.
Car inspection, tyre change, dentist, smoke detectors, tax return: set up once, never forget.
“Milk, eggs, bread” – add several things at once, the app sorts them by section. Everyone instantly sees what’s already in the cart – even in the supermarket basement without signal.
Not every task has a date. Plan for a month, a quarter or a year – LifeButler reminds you well in advance and repeats what comes up regularly.
For the holiday, the shared flat or dinner out: everyone adds what they paid – LifeButler works out to the cent who owes whom.
ID numbers, insurance details, bank details and passwords don’t belong in a chat. In the family vault they’re encrypted on the phone – not even we can read them.
